Mills Creek Crossing
Mills Creek Crossing, a 200-unit apartment development for families, is the second phase of the master planned development Village at Mills Creek – a redevelopment of the former Tobie Grant Manor public housing site. Mills Creek Crossing was completed in August 2016. The development was financed with 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transaction, conventional loan, Georgia Department of Community Affairs HOME loan and HADC loan. The project is 75% affordable with Project Based Vouchers, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), and LIHTC units.
