HDC has finalized the development of Blackburn Row townhomes, completed construction, and sold 10 townhomes. The ten new luxury townhomes are located on a 1.15 acre site in North DeKalb County, Georgia adjacent to Brookhaven’s Blackburn Park and the Brookleigh development. Price points for the 3BR/3BA townhomes ranged from $579,900 for interior units, with the exterior units priced at $619,900.
